Across the continental United States. Route, date and equipment availability must be confirmed for each move.
What information helps with a freight inquiry?
Your pickup and delivery city and state, target date, freight description, weight, dimensions, loading method, special handling and contact details.
What if I do not know which trailer I need?
Tell us you are not sure and provide the load details you do know. Do not guess at dimensions or weight.
Can I get an instant rate?
This site does not calculate or promise a rate. The team needs to review the shipment details before discussing pricing.
Is an inquiry a booking?
No. An inquiry is not a booking, rate confirmation or capacity guarantee.
Are the freight photographs real?
The photographs show real trucks and freight from the Covax team. Equipment and availability are confirmed for each new inquiry.
How do drivers and owner-operators get started?
Call or email us to share contact details and basic experience or equipment information. That is not the formal application or agreement.
Can I email sensitive documents?
Not as a first step. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, license images or confidential shipment documents in an introductory email. Ask the team about the right way to share documents.
